Hi, I'm Sarah,

I'm a cosmetologist who is searching for a way to help others, I was freshly out of cosmetology school when I had no idea what formulas to use on my clients, and in all honesty I was loosing clients I took my trial and error to the test, I sat down and researched. I spend a year (Yes a year!) studying the color theory, Redken shades, followed other stylists and watched them do hair. I was starving for learning, I wanted to be the "It" stylist the one every loved and wanted to go too, but I was stuck on not enough experience, coaching, ideas. It. Was. Rough. I felt like a failure, I felt like the school should've taught me all of this so I felt prepared. Unfortunately that's not that case, they have a book they teach out of an they shove you out the door hoping you'd learn as you go. honestly that's kinda what is happening, and that's not right! We pay to learn!

As I was searching for education I realized I wasn't the only one! hundreds of stylists were struggling to formulate the right formulas to use on their clients, as did I, I originally made this Guide for myself to help me with my clients, and when I saw how helpful it was I new it was the answer! I created the perfect tool for every level stylist.
